Return Policy  

"My Canvas Prints" is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,you can simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to support@mycanvasprints.com.au. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping id, a brief description of the reason for the return.Then one of our representatives will talk you through the return procedure and we will either redo or refund monies for a faulty item.

Attention: If the canvas damaged in transit.please take the following pictures and send them to us within 7 working days after you receive order, then we can ask courier for compensation and replace your order.

Delivery Time 

We are unable to guarantee delivery of your order within a specific time frame; However in most cases please allow 5-7 working days for delivery within Australia.There may be some delay in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods.
